Because we believe that every project deserves individual attention, we have a number of pricing and resource models to help you engage with us. However, we are always happy to discuss variations that will achieve your IT objectives in the way that best suits you.
GamCom offers life cycle services (e.g. covering complete or partial project phases) and resource augmentation services (e.g. covering client staff shortages and fluctuations in IT service demands).
These services can be flexibly engaged by combining the pricing and resource modules outlined below.

- time and materials
- fixed price
- fixed budget
Resource Models
We offer three options:
- on-site - we come to you with our qualified and experienced personnel
- off-site - we work from our Head Office in London using our technical and consulting professionals to service your IT needs
- off-shore - we call upon our state-of-the-art Development Centre in Pune, India (life cycle projects only).
As with all aspects of our engagement models, the approach taken depends on client needs, including the nature of the project and budgetary considerations.
