GamCom's quality management system is a tried and tested framework that takes a systematic approach to managing processes and procedures. It enables GamCom to deliver high quality software development services that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. Communication
Clear and appropriate channels of communication are established from the outset. The roles and expectations of all team members are identified and practical issues determined, such as information access, support arrangements and control. This applies to on-site, onshore as well as offshore projects.
Scope and change management
Client requirements are always documented. This includes structured processes to ensure that all changes are noted and agreed by clients.
Planning and control
Projects are planned using GamCom's proven quality processes. Governance of every project is the responsibility of the UK team. Such control is supported by processes that map inter-relationships between individual project elements, utilising industry best practice obtained from PRINCE2 and the Association for Project Management.
Issues and risks
GamCom has tool-supported procedures in place for the early identification, management and regular review of issues and risks. Clear routes of escalation are established for each project so that the right people can respond quickly and effectively.
