GamCom was established in the UK in 1997. With over 100 years of practical experience between them, members of the management team play pivotal roles within the company. They are characterised by professionalism and technical expertise together with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach. The management team's commitment to quality whilst offering great value ensures close and successful partnerships with clients.
Keith Rosling
Chairman
Keith joined GamCom as Chairman of the Board of Directors in July 2006. He is instrumental in formulating and implementing GamCom's business strategy including the company's offshore operation.
Keith has considerable experience in the areas of business development and professional services particularly within the financial services sector.
Prior to joining GamCom, Keith spent 35 years with Unisys, a global IT products and services company. At Unisys, he performed a number of key management roles across various geographical locations including the USA, Europe, South Africa, India and the UK.
Keith graduated with a BA (Hons) in Economic History from Exeter University in 1970.
Govind Gami
Managing Director
Govind is joint founder and Managing Director of GamCom. His responsibilities include standards, methods, processes, recruitment, sales, marketing and account management.
Govind has over 27 years of varied IT experience. Prior to establishing GamCom, he worked for various companies including Kodak, Honeywell (UK & Saudi Arabia) and Bemas.
Govind graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Engineering from City University, London in 1980 and received Chartered Engineer (CEng) status. He is a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, Controls & Computer Division (MIEE).
Lalji Gami
Director
Lalji is joint founder and Director of GamCom. His responsibilities include the formulation and implementation of technical research and development strategies, finance, project and account management.
Lalji has strong technical and programme management skills covering a broad range of disciplines. He has in-depth experience of the development process including a very good understanding of the challenges faced by development teams, as well as problem management and resolution.
He has over 26 years of diverse IT experience. Prior to establishing GamCom, Lalji worked for various companies including Crown Suppliers, Unisys, Bass Taverns, Nationwide Building Society, British Alcan and National Provident.
Lalji graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Physics from University College London in 1981.
Raj Gami
Director
Raj is joint founder and Director of GamCom. His responsibilities include the formulation and implementation of technical research and development strategies, sales, marketing, project and account management.
Raj has excellent technical skills and a thorough understanding of technical architectures and solutions.
He has over 20 years of varied IT experience. Prior to establishing GamCom, Raj has worked for various companies including BT, CAP, Northern Telecom, DEC, Sema Group, Prudential and Equitas.
Raj graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from City University, London in 1986.
