Owing to the company's ongoing commitment to service quality and investment in its quality management system and supporting tools, GamCom was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification, the internationally recognised quality standard.

Clear and appropriate channels of communication are established from the outset. The roles and expectations of all team members are identified and practical issues determined, such as information access, support arrangements and control. This applies to on-site, onshore as well as offshore projects.
Scope and change management
We work closely with our clients to help them refine and document their requirements. This includes a structured process appropriate to the project to ensure changes are managed in a controlled and agreed manner.
Planning and control
Projects are planned using GamCom's proven quality processes. Governance of every project is the responsibility of the UK team. Such control is supported by processes that map inter-relationships between individual project elements, utilising industry best practice obtained from PRINCE2 and the Association for Project Management.
Issues and risks
GamCom has tool-supported procedures in place for the early identification, management and regular review of issues and risks. Clear routes of escalation are established for each project so that the right people can respond quickly and effectively.
By rigorously applying quality management processes, GamCom is able to accurately and transparently report on all critical aspects of project performance.
Information Security Management
GamCom was awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification. This is the most popular and highest security standard worldwide used to assess a company’s security control.

Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is an integrated part of GamCom Quality Management System (GQMS) based on business risk approach, to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve information security.
